The instructor has a thorough understanding and was excellent in communicating to the group and addressing some of the Pfizer universe specific questions. Having the answers available to check work was great, but walking through steps afterward (which the instructor did) also helped reinforce learning.
I especially liked the instructor. The topic could be very dry if presented in a less dynamic style. Thanks for making this entertaining and interactive.

Creative Technology and Training Solutions did an outstanding job in our E6 upgrade.
From the initial quote, the daily status reports, and finally a wrap-up report and
documentation were all very professional. Our staff enjoyed working with their
professional team, and made this potentially complex process worry-free.
In addition, they met our changing needs and were flexible in scheduling beyond
our expectations. Their management follow-up and concern for our satisfaction
was assuring. Our project came in under budget, which is practically unheard
off these days.
We look forward to using them in our future engagements.
