We can also help you with the Central Management Console setup. We provide support and training in using the Conversion Tool as well.

Creative Technology and Training Solutions (CTTS) was formed in 1990 by Michael Ward, who has been in the consulting and training business for over 40 years. CTTS provides high-level technical consulting and training in data warehousing, ETL processing, business intelligence, data integration, and dashboarding. We are a former BusinessObjects™ Partner of over 7 years. We are a former Information Builders partner for WebFOCUS. We also specialize in BusinessObjects™, with over 15 years of heavy training and consulting experience. In addition, we have completed the BusinessObjects™ certification for Systems Administrator Professional and Report Design Professional. We are on the leading edge with the BusinessObjects™ suite of products, staying up to date with the latest service pack. We continue to support customers including those still running v5, v6, v6.5, vXI, vXI R2 and v3.1.
CTTS is a leading provider of BusinessObjects™ training, offering onsite classes throughout the world. We have provided BusinessObjects™ instructor led training to many companies, including Ford Motor Company, 53 Bank, Santa Clara County, State of Michigan, Morgan Stanley, FedEx Ground, FCC, FTC, US Courts, and Dow Chemical. Many other Fortune 500 companies rely on us for their training needs as well. CTTS also provides customized training for our class offerings for both our course books and workshops. CTTS is also the training provider of choice for TEK Systems and ProTech. Since our instructors are also consultants, they are able to bring real life examples into the classroom, increasing the value of our training even more for our customers. All of our instructors are certified trainers in Business Objects, having completed our extensive train-the-trainer certification workshop before teaching any BusinessObjects™ classes. Our instructors are not just trainers, but bring to the classroom experience with the product. We offer virtual training in a variety of products as well.
User Groups
Creative Technology and Training Solutions has been active in the BusinessObjects™ user group community throughout the country for more than 14 years. We also provide technical presentations and demonstrations as well as financial support to these organizations. We currently support SEMIBOUG (Detroit), Grand Rapids BOUG, Indianapolis BOUG, Denver BOUG, Portland BOUG, Bay Area BOUG, BONYMAUG (New York City) and Pittsburgh BOUG. We have presented at the BusinessObjects™ International Conference many times over the last 10 years. The past 4 years, we have done major presentations in Orlando and Dallas. We also provide lunch-and-learn sessions and support internal BusinessObjects™ groups for companies throughout the North America. We are requested frequently to present to various organizations throughout the US.
